Insulated steel pipe
Structure and Material Composition
The steel sleeve steel insulated steel pipe adopts a multi-layer composite structure design, which is divided into two main types according to different sliding modes: internal sliding and external sliding
1. Internal sliding structure (less commonly used)
Working steel pipe: the main pipeline for conveying media, usually made of 20 # seamless steel pipe or Q235B spiral welded pipe
Anti corrosion coating: epoxy powder or 3PE anti-corrosion coating, thickness 80-150 μ m
Drag reduction layer: Aluminum silicate fiber felt, reducing thermal expansion friction of pipelines
Thermal insulation layer: microporous calcium silicate or composite silicate, thickness determined by medium temperature
Reflective layer: Aluminum foil reflective layer, reflection efficiency ≥ 80%
Polyurethane insulation layer: density ≥ 60kg/m ³, closed cell rate ≥ 88%
Coat steel pipe: Q235B material, providing mechanical protection
External anti-corrosion coating: epoxy coal tar or 3PE anti-corrosion coating
2. External sliding structure (mainstream design)
Working steel pipe: pressure bearing main body, temperature resistance up to 350 ℃
Thermal insulation layer: centrifugal glass wool or rock wool, Class A non combustible material
Reflective layer: Aluminum foil reflective layer
Sliding guide bracket: made of stainless steel material, allowing axial displacement of the pipeline
Air insulation layer: forming a secondary insulation space
Outer protective steel pipe: spiral welded pipe or straight seam welded pipe, with anti-corrosion treatment on the outer wall
External anti-corrosion coating: 3PE anti-corrosion or polyurea coating
